Yasmin has 20 years of real-world HR experience with over 15 years in management and senior roles across a broad cross section of industries, including: infrastructure; technology; manufacturing; agriculture; hospitality; not for profit; retail; and tourism. With experience that ranges from large national and multi-national businesses through to small business and start-ups, you can be assured that Yasmin will understand your unique needs.
Yasmin has been lucky to work in evolving businesses to build the HR function from the ground up, as well as working with fantastic mentors in established and successful organisations to ensure an understanding of both environments and the keys to success. Having a strong commercial and outcome focus, she understands the importance of partnering with stakeholders to achieve results and ensuring the HR strategy is matched to the overall goals of the business.
With a passion for building capability and improving performance, Yasmin will help you focus on a positive business culture and strong employee engagement, resulting in a productive workforce and successful business.
Yasmin has a double Bachelor degree, with majors in Human Resources and Psychology as well as a habit of keeping up to date with the latest research and practises in the HR world.
One of the most important lessons that Yasmin has learned working in HR is that “people are people” and if we treat them as people, we can always get it right.
Outside of work hours, Yasmin spends time with her family, at the beach, surfing or in various creative pursuits including sewing, screen printing and resin art.
